GoDaddy live chat not working today??

Can anyone access Godaddy's live chat today? I was going to contact them but when I go to "support" in my account area, the only thing showing today is a phone number to call. Is it down? It's so annoying that they got rid of their email contact addresses.

Anyone know if the Live Chat has been cancelled forever? They only give an option to call a phone number, no more live chat.

You think it's annoying? I'm deaf and can't call. They auto-renewed a domain in my account that didn't have auto-renew on. I can't find a way to tell them to refund me for their error, like I used to be able to do via email. They screwed me outta $ and are taking advantage of a disabled person, making me unable to do shit about it. I'm thinking of leaving them forever. They've just turned terrible this year.

As far as I've heard they dropped the email support just recently. As for their Live Chat, its not really 24/7 so you might have tried outside its working hours. But yeah, GoDaddy is doing their best to focus all help on phones and tickets. Hearing how much one is averagely waiting to get a hold of them over phone, not to mention the misunderstandings and level of error through this communication channel, I'm not sure what their plan really is...
