You think it's annoying? I'm deaf and can't call. They auto-renewed a domain in my account that didn't have auto-renew on. I can't find a way to tell them to refund me for their error, like I used to be able to do via email. They screwed me outta $ and are taking advantage of a disabled person, making me unable to do shit about it. I'm thinking of leaving them forever. They've just turned terrible this year.
