In any event, when I try to login, I get this message:

Yup, I got the same thing just now -
I was logged in about 20 mins ago so I went back and checked
and I get the same as you got.
so must have just happened...

Ok, guess I'm glad it's not just me, and also explains the huge "hold time" at tech support.
Now I'm getting weird errors when I try to login - I think I'm going to stop trying for about an hour just in case there is something malicious at work that is causing this...
