GoDaddy extended my domain for extra 1 year.

Domain was extended for extra 1 year, possible account hack ?

I received an email today from DomainTools notifying me that one of my domain's expiration date was changed from 2009-12-15 to 2010-12-15, even so that i did not renew it, yet.

I double checked it at godaddy panel and sure thing it shows new date 2010-12-15. I checked my latest payments at godaddy payment panel and it shows only 1 payment from 2 years ago (was registered on 207-12-15 till 2009-12-15 ) which is correct.
The update for some reason backdated. Domain Tools shows that it was updated on February 1st and I received the email only today in the morning.

There are no any other payments for that domain from my account, My Tech and Admin contact are still intact.

I will be inquiring with godaddy support about it but i would like to ask you guys, did anybody else have this happen to them before ?

It's pretty normal, it's the registry date vs registrar date.
The name has been automatically renewed with the registry (Verisign) but godaddy can still 'cancel' the renewal within 45 days, so the name is now in grace period.
Most registrar will do that, otherwise the name would fall in redemption status from day one
