GoDaddy email -genuine?

Just received this- four times:

The spelling and grammar is not quite right. And I was able to log in to my GoDaddy account directly and there is no mention of this email warning!

Clearly bogus! Geez, the bad grammar alone is a give away.

On a related note, email alone should never be trusted.

Yes, poor grammar is always a giveaway. Plus don't click on email links anyway, always login through the official URL and then see if you have any notifications.

Also, if any e-mail you've received from a service with which you have an account starts with "Dear Customer" (as opposed to "Dear [your name]"), that should always raise some serious red flags.
