GoDaddy domain push, is there anything new about how we do a domain push?

Yesterday, I sold a domain through an undeveloped. Buyer clicks buy now, pay right away and instead to be an easy and fast deal for 20 hours now I’m having problems with GoDaddy domain push...

I was transferring a domain last week and everything was in the old way, but now there seems to be some change. If you want to push a domain to another user account they only require an email address. It is entered twice and then there is a question “Choose Yes or No under Do you want to copy the current domain contact information to the new account?”

Probably everything would be seamless, but I need to transfer the domain to an undeveloped escrow account without changing the domain owner information because it will lock the domain for 60 days, and this is an undeveloped instruction, so I clicked Yes....

Confusion gets even bigger when you get an email from GD that says the new owner's email is your own email, there is no standard email confirmation for the transfer as before.

If anyone can put some light on this will highly appreciate

I'm still trying to push this domain name and I don't know what to do, it seems that customer support is not able to help.... "From their side, everything looks good"
