GoDaddy closeout domains help

hello,
I am purchasing a domain fastestbusonearth.com through godaddy closeout domains, domain shows pr4 but when I am checking the domain on wayback.archive.org and click on a date when the site was crawled. it moves to another website
Is the site have fake PR?
some one was told me that If I register a domain with old PR and create a site same like the site was, so the PR will stick.

A great place to check for fake pagerank is fastpagerank.com. It believes fastestbusonearth.com has a real PageRank of 0.

Out of interest where did you get the PR4 number from, GoDaddy itself or another provider?

it's valid PR3 at the moment

..at least that's what toolbarqueries.google.com direct query comes out with (all PR checkers do that, some just poorly implemented which result in incorrect responses)
i'm not aware of any other option for checking current PR value.
for validity you can search "info:fastestbusonearth.com" on Google - shows correct domain name..
