GoDaddy Auctions for Foreigners?

Anybody knows how to get payment from Godaddy Auctions if you are a foreigner living outside the United States? If a domain is sold on auction, how to get paid from Paypal?

Is the tax form for foreigners required?

Probably, but I have not known GoDaddy to be a stickler about that. Buy maybe they've changed since they were sold.

I don't think the tax form applies to sales, but for payment of parking revenue yes.

I was checking it a couple of days ago and they won't pay you unless you submit the tax form

Where do I get the taxpayer number?

You will have to ask to the US taxation office I think but it's a very long process. You can leave it blank

Just leave anything blank which you cannot answer.
