GoDaddy Auction is down

Got an offer from Godaddy but cannot access the Auction section to counter offer or accept the offer.
When click on selling to see the offer this error message:
An error has occurred, the development staff has been notified. We apologize for any inconvenience.

It's just happened at the wrong time when I may have a sale!!!

It has been down for me for about 5 hours. I just got off the phone with godaddy but it is the night shift working and someone from the auction department does not get in for another half hour they say...

I was in the chat room with them and they said the same thing.
I hope the buyer will be patient and wait for my reply.

Just accept the offer. Hoping the buyer is real and will pay.
This may be my first sale in 2021
