GoDaddy already paid me for a domain not transfered yet?

As the title says. GoDaddy have already paid me for a domain not transferred to them yet. Now they are scrabbling to send me their transaction codes again. How does this even happen?

their mail server has been screwed, i got .com transfer since 10 days ago and i still not get the transaction code email yet, maybe this email stuck in the middle of corrupted script and maybe it will be delivered next year LOL

Godaddy were getting bigger and bigger and their scripting were screwed anywhere, last night i try to get in touch with chat support but everytime i try it goes to CLOSE button.

It was a rhetorical question But it does go to show that GoDaddy are moving faster than there back-end can handle. IMHO.
