GoDaddy affiliate program

I have signed up with godaddy's affiliate program. However,
the "Pending status" showing up at cj.com seems to continue. What is this?
I registered some domains at godaddy with domain registration in mind, to use for the purpose, and at least of them has a very good name (according to myself!) and is a .com.

On the GD affiliate info page page they close to promise that anyone will be accepted. I made a page, put some clever content on it. But no. Then I registered with another domain, another email. Nothing sofar there either.

Have anyone else tried to sign up with this? Should I count on being not accepted? Is it a condition to already have a web site with a lot of content? One of the alternatives within signing up to it, was to choose "Not yet launched" about the web site info so I chose that one.
Anyway, anyone else with experience?

Pending status means you're not yet accepted into the program. How long ago did you apply? They may get a lot of applications to go through ... or they may just be slow (I don't know how responsive their affiliate management team is).

If it turns into weeks and you haven't heard anything, send a note to their affiliate contact email (should be on the program details page at CJ, or may be hidden somewhere on godaddy dot com).

I had applied and got accepted years ago. But I think it took some time .. They are not too picky if you are a decent site they always accept you.

Still nothing. I wrote a question to the affiliates support 2 days ago. No reply.

Apparently, they DO have a living person or two on their affiliate management team because they just pushed their program to my account - unsolicited.

I accepted it - if I get a "welcome to our program" message from a real person (sometimes I get those) I'll drop you a PM with the email.
