First, no, they do not owe you a response. No one is getting paid to answer you.
Having managed the abuse queue at a registrar, and having consulted with many registrars on abuse issues, I can tell you that the majority of "things that are received by the abuse reporting system" are junk reports. People who don't like the color scheme on a website will report that to "abuse". People who are upset by "bad words" on a website will report it to abuse. People who got up on the wrong side of bed in the morning and have a pebble in their shoe will report it to abuse.
And that is when it is possible to figure out what they are even talking about. Because a lot of "abuse reports" do not clearly identify the site and/or the problem in the first place.
Take your response so far here, for example. You initially post that GoDaddy is not answering your abuse reports. When asked why you think they should, your answer is that you made a bunch of abuse reports.
Are your abuse reports that informative?
What kind of abuse are you talking about? Since they are abusive domains, how about an example of one?
