I would say this domain is worth reg fee as well.

As for your question about .net it's not that it's a bad domain but it does have some negative value because people ill always prefer a .com over a .net. So if you have two identical domains, the .com version will always have a higher value than the .net one.

The reason for this is really society as a whole .... Mainstream media has really helped to play into the whole .com thing and as such when peopel hear www -anything- their mind typically wonders over to .com by default. As such any domain that is not a .com (at least here in the US) will have a lower value based on the simple fact that it's not a .com.

However all of that being said, .net is second best and does retain some value unlike certain ext like .org that are pretty much just completely worthless.

Need to research well. dot net rarely sale unless its really a good and popular name. Numbers replacing words? It is unfriendly to search engines. Imagine the difference of the meaning of 4 and for.
Though, if develop it will be a good name.

.org worthless? Nah. I can guarantee you more people recognize .org over .net. .org is known as the 'trusted' extension and numerous non-profit organizations and other groups like such have sucessfull sites.
