You "might" skinny by with an informational site (strictly) BUT Gmail is still TMed, there are still issues, and you could still potentially lose the domain.
Same case with PaypalSucks... if PayPal chose to, they could initiate litigation at any time.
50,000 Gmail domains do not make a right... the more popular your site becomes, the more risk you'll expose yourself to.
Gmail didn't buy that domain because they didn't "have" to.. the name is protected by trademark law.
even so theres a lot of other people selling gmail domains on ebay as well as namepros and gmail invites are still being sold on ebay so i dont believe that gmailinfo.com would have tm issues
That is exactly the kind of faulty logic that would lose this domain for you if it ever came to court..
Alot of people jaywalk every day too but they'll still get a ticket if they're caught...
Well, as I say, good luck.. no sense in appraising a domain with potential problems. I'd say your handle, blurredvisions, is quite appropo.
