Gmail hack

Somebody is trying to hack one of my gmail accounts. I'm getting

To initiate the process for resetting the password

emails.

Hi there. As you've responded so promptly in the past, I thought i would drop you a mail asking about this.

I am hearing a few GMAIL HACKED posts on various forums I go to. Please could you let me know if this is indeed the case, and if so, what measures have been taken to secure this?

I got the same prob here. Went through the process 5 times for resetting the password and still couldn't log in.

its could be by accedent.. people often confuse thier user name with thier own.. this happens in any case change your password to be sure...

This is unique military ranks. My guess is somebody wants the account. I'm going to keep a close eye on my inbox.

I was just curious if anyone else has had this happen to them.

I managed to register my first name and I have been getting a couple of those messages each week !!! Someone with my name really wants my gmail account name !!!

Fortunately, I always use a 14 alpha numeric password for my various accounts!!! He's got no chance of hacking/guessing the password !!!

I have gotten some too. And it kinda scares me because all they have to do is hack the question part and they can set the password. Gmail should make it so when you answer the Q correctly it sends an email to your secondary email
to change the pass.

haha, while we are on it, does anyone know if google actually plans for us to use 1gig? i mean, you could run a file server, lol.
