Old dictionary word that is not used very often. Also a last name and might be a word in a different language. Anyone think it might have any value?

I thought of it as a nice and brandable, short, catchy name. Looks like you did a little research on it.

To my surprise there were other registered TLD's with the name taken! Not that many but enough to make your value neutrual on this part.

Not that many terms that use the word gloar, though it does appear to be a dictionary word as that is the first site that shows up.

good news is that this is a one word domain that will raise to it's value, and terms with gloar in it as names of people and the term it's self are showing up first in high page rank.

Relevence of name -> Since it's only one word, about blinking, it could be relevent to problems with squnting or staring, or a site about that topic. +$20

- Reccomendation -

Remember a domain name is only worth as much as another person is willing to pay for it, I'm looking at the value of the name from a conservitive resell point of view, as if I was a purchaser planning to sell for more. The current value is less then reg fee IMHO because of the lack of searches that serverely hurts its value. However, since it is a one word domain with a few other REG's on it, you might be able to get lucky and sell this for >$15 or $50 to the person with the last name. You might as well give it a shot, otherwise I see no advantage currently to holding it.
