Hi guys, just launching my new front page for Plooka anyway, would appreciated some feedback on the site. Whether the Photolow navigation system appears obvious, if the intro and current news make sense. The section at the bottom, and thought on the ads.

Also you will notice my navigation bar sits behind two flash elements on the site - any idea how to bring it to the fron (Z-index doesn't work)

And does white text get picked up by google? For some reason I have a horrible feeling that google ignores white text.

imo, the uppest text (Seasonaires | Ski Resort Reviews | Cheap Ski Gear |Ski Webcams |Ski Forum) should be in another colour, not blue.
