Gareth here. Newbie from New Zealand. (Newbie Zealander?)

15+ years investing in equities, but only 2 months experience in domains. Stumbled onto domain investing while trying to handreg names for an actual business... could this be serendipity?

A month or so on and still don't have the dream business.com wired down, but seem to have accumulated numerous unrelated .coms. Hoping one day and not too many reg fees later someone other than me sees value in them. Either way it's been great fun so far and highly addictive.

Hey thanks Mudkip. Btw - do you get amongst the .co.nz's, or stick to the more global TLDs? Just started watching some price action on expireddomains.co.nz and still appears to be one-worders going <$1,000. E.g. Florist.co.nz went for $933. Surely that's good buying even in a country so small?

I've actually never invested in .co.nz as I would imagine it would be difficult to find potential buyers. It seems like most of the big .co.nz sales have been on Sedo according to http://dnpric.es/?q=.co.nz so maybe you could try your luck at Sedo if you do happen to get a good single word domain. Other than that, manually contacting people or playing the waiting game may be your best bets at selling a .co.nz.
