@Ricky LCN could you please follow up 2 open tickets (LCN2085636 & LCN2085573) which has had no response for over 12 hours for 2 pending orders. Anyone could reg these domains until it goes through. I understand there is a backlog but over 12 hours for an order to go through!

Apologies to everyone who missed out - we reached 10,000 domains quicker than we'd anticipated (we had a lot of huge individual orders). You do need a UK address to register UK domain names (as mentioned in the terms and in my earlier post ^), so if your order failed it's likely that is why. Our support team will be able to confirm.

We may look to run this promo again but most likely not until next year, but we'll review the feedback we've had (including from this post) for next time.

I managed to get quite a few names, however one of my orders failed, cancelled by your automated screening system for no good reason I'd say (I'm UK based). I sent an email last night to support, however they haven't replied yet. Should I expect the order to be reprocessed? It would be nice of you guys to honour the deal since I placed the order when the deal was active...

@loredan seems there support are struggling with the amount of individual orders. However yesterday when I tried to register 350 in my basket, it failed and gave a 500 error (servers busy for some reason!) Support told me to put less in each order! So now they have more orders to vet!

I also hope they honour my 2 pending orders that were also placed before the deal ended!

Hi there. I'll check in with our support guys and let them know you're still waiting for a response on these tickets.

If your orders are pending, then they are still being processed, but I cannot categorically gives you a yes or no answer on how those might pan out.

I'm here to try and answer questions when I can, but when it comes to individual orders and tickets you're best off following up with our dedicated support team at lcn,com/contact - I don't have access to some of the account details the support team use.

We'll definitely learn from doing a promotion of this magnitude and make it better next time.
