Hi guys. If you experience a delay between completing your order and your name being registered, it could just be that we need to manually vet your order - we do this with all new customers first purchases, just for security reasons.

As you can imagine we've had a lot of new customer sign ups today, so we're getting through them as fast as possible. Contact our support team if it's been more than a few hours.

This runs until midnight tomorrow unless 10,000 registrations are reached, and it's starting to look like the 10k threshold may be reached before then at this rate, so don't hang about if you want one.

And yes, you do need a UK address to register a UK domain name.

It's complete crap. They have allowed everyone to register the domains. I spent an hour and registered 100+ domains. They charged my cc and received a mail saying "Your order is processing"

After some time you'll get a mail saying "LCN.com - Your order has failed." I have contacted support and mentioned

Apologies to everyone who missed out - we reached 10,000 domains quicker than we'd anticipated (we had a lot of huge individual orders). You do need a UK address to register UK domain names (as mentioned in the terms and in my earlier post ^), so if your order failed it's likely that is why. Our support team will be able to confirm.

We may look to run this promo again but most likely not until next year, but we'll review the feedback we've had (including from this post) for next time.
