The design looks very nice and easy on the eyes, but the buttons don't have a proper cursor change in Firefox, this is because you're not supposed to functions (?) on links. It really brings the design down I think, you should use CSS to get a better result.

I think you could stand to have a larger gradient between the people on the left right, at the moment it looks a little short, and loses the whole fading effect. Aside from that, perhps some variation in fonts would be nice?
