Hi, I own a portfolio of about 250 names.

A substantial part of it (around 30%) is composed of GEO Domains.

Anyone is into this niche?

Is it profitable for you?

I couldn't find any relevant discussion or forum subs, but maybe I'm just dumb.

So if you want we can use this thread for GEO domains related discussions.

Cheers!

Paolo

Fine, what geo domain niche(s) have you got? And how fast are you working on them? Hit me up if you need someone to outbound some of your geo domains.

Geo can be great, but pricing is important, since the buyers are often very price sensitive, and open to alternatives (inferior name, “I’ll just use social media,” etc)

I just sold a GEO today for $2K.

City+Service in .COM.

The field has good potential, but it requires a lot of research and experience.

You need terms that are not easily replaced.

I have only one remaining geo domain to sell at the moment, which is TheFloridaMap.com. I'm uncertain about pricing it correctly and how to respond to offers that are in the $xxx range.
