GEO domains wanted, city, region, state ...

I am interested in city, region, and state domains that meet the following criteria:

city (or state or region) must be in the United States.
city (or state or region) must have a population exceeding 25,000
counties, or regions must have a population exceeding 50,000 to be considered.
In the case of a region, it must be a well known region like "Bay Area", "Four Corners", "Central Valley" or "Dixie".
Only the following formats: city.com, state.com, region.com, or myCity.com, myState.com, myRegion.com. Will also consider county domains like lakecounty.com or mylakecounty.com.

.Com only

Other than the word "my" preceding the location name, no multi-word domains. I do not want ocalafloridarealestateattorneys.com or anything like that.

I will need to see traffic stats as it will affect my offering price.

$xx - $xx,xxx budget range per domain. I will not pay end user pricing though.

PhoenixPremiumProperty.com or

PhoenixPremiumRealestate.com

or you just want the city and and regions and nothing to do with any services offered? I have many domains like above for many BIG cities in US inclucing New York, LA, Miami and more. Pls let me know I didn't want to send you a message before asking you here.
