Well, to start with there are lots of comparable options.

The best term is "Calgary Movers". Another good term is "Calgary Mover", and there are several other decent ones.

When you add that third word it opens up options like BestCalgaryMovers.com and those type of domains.

In Canada there is also a popular ccTLD in .CA. So .COM has competition with that as well.

You might be able to sell this type of domain proactively for low $XXX, but when it comes to a passive sale it is likely to sit on the shelf collecting dust.
