I know its usually not a good idea to contact the owner of a domain when there are TM issues, but what is the case when it comes to generics and typos?
The term is generic. And the company is using it for business in it's generic sense, so I can't imagine any TM issues.
There are two popular versions of the term (ending in ING and ER), they own both in the .com as well as many other extensions. They also own a common typo in the .com, for the ING ending. I'm in the process of acquiring the other common typo with the ER ending.
The market is a smaller, but growing one, and this company has become the leader hands down. They're entire business is focused around this term, and to a lesser extent, a few smaller related terms. So I am thinking there may be a good chance that they may be interested in securing this domain.
Any opinions or insight would be most welcomed.
