Had an enquiry on this one. They seem serious and I was wondering what the general opinion is on this one:

letting agency search without quotes = 17,100,000
Not really sure how to price this one up; offer is decent!
Price reasons and appraisals requested.
LettingAgent.co.uk sold for ยฃ1500 ($3000) in nov05 so a guide to go on!
So, I'm guessing as this is a .com and letting agency a more popular search than letting agent; it should be $4,xxx+
