UPDATE

I have 3 or 4 (I forget) seperate offers between $50-$60 for this domain but I will not sell it outright for that however I WILL send it to Sedo auction for that price. Worst case scenerio you get outbid, but best case you might just get it for the minimum $60 bid so why not make a $60 bid on it at Sedo and I will send it to auction with that as the opening bid and we'll see what happens-

Been holding onto this domain for a long time. First registered in 2001.

Need some funds for another project.

This used to be a popular website for a number of years a few years ago so still gets traffic. About 250-300 uniques a month.

PPC earnings vary but in March it made $2.76 and last month earned $1.12 at Sedo.

"Models Agency" (plural) has decent Google Trends numbers. Not very far below "Model Agency" (singular)

Hi Alan, I would not sell it outright for that much but I would send it to Sedo auction for the minimum $60 bid if you want to do that. If no one beats that bid it would be yours at that price. It's listed there now so if you want to do that just go ahead and make a $60 offer on it.

ok, got another $60+ offer but this person also does not want to send it to Sedo auction so i have to repeat please...

I absolutely, positively, will not sell it for that as a cash BIN price- I will only accept that as a minimum bid for a Sedo auction. period.
