question GDPR(privacy protection)......how do I contact registrant?

Hi folks.......need some help.............I own quite a few domain names(all .com) and would like to offload a number of these, if possible to the registrants of the .net .biz .org etc versions of the domain name...............but as you are well aware due to GDPR I am unable to contact the registrants...........any advice would be much welcome.......thank you danielson
PS....What about using domain-contact.org? which I came across by chance a few years ago.........

Put simply....................how do I contact the registrant of a domain?................surprised I have not had one reply from my comrades at namepros.............ty
