I'm selling my personal website Gamerpub.com due to a host of reasons including lack of time to develop the website and pursuit of other projects.

Gamerpub.com has been in existence over a Year and 1/2 and over that time I have developed a consistent readbase and solid SE listings. The site has some content already, and here are some base stats about the website:

-300 Daily Uniques for about the past year now growing every month.
-600-700 Pageviews Daily.
-Over a dozen reviews and a fair bit of news in the sites DB including a listing of over 1,800 games.

I have offers in the $xxx range so far and am still entertaining all reasonable offers.

Update, Sale is back on since I swapped HD's.

I have recieved an offer for $250 and traffic this month has actually averaged more then 340 Uniques a day, so even higher then 10K uniques each month. Also Pageviews are over 700 Day avg.
