.cn has risen a lot in value. One problem, though, is that most of the world outside of China doesn't take it seriously yet. The China market is just getting going. Another question I'd ask is what kind of end user would an English name with a .cn extension be targeted at - and who would it appeal to. If I live in HK or Mainland China I already know where Macau is. If I'm an Asian gambler I won't need to use the internet to find out info (and if I did, I probably wouldn't use English to do it). As for westerners, how popular is Macau as a destination? I lived in Hong Kong for 12 years and only visited Macau twice! But I'm not a gambler...
