As far as the 999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999.com not being listed..

You have to have a DNS entry to be listed because thats what the list is made from......

when put 999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999.com in the URL it goes no where because there is no DNS entry for it.
