Established Funny, Unique website for sale with traffic!

Hi,

I am considering selling www.weasels.info

About 1 month ago, it got into the Google Directory and started getting some very nice traffic. We arent talking a lot, only about 35 visits per day, but for a unique content site that isn't bad at all. What's even better is go to Google.com and search for weasels and this site is the 3rd result! According to the Green Bar next to the site in the Google Directory, weasels.info is PR5, although the Toolbar does not show this.

I am looking for mid $xxx offers for this funny and unique website, that already gets very high placement in search engines and is less than 2 months old.

How can you say it's a PR5 if the toolbar doesn't say that? Does it make any money with adsense?

It makes a little bit with Adsense, but not enough to be very significant...

I only say it MIGHT be PR5 because of its high search engine positioning and its green "pr" bar in the Google Directory. The site was actually created after the last public PR update and it seems Google wont update the toolbar for a very long time. I am not guaranteeing any PR rank, but it certainly looks like Google really likes this site.

I sold a similar animal site with less traffic and search engine positioning for $300 a couple months ago.

A site like this is great to show to friends and could probably bring in some great cash if you could find a good affiliate or ad program that works well with this type of site.
