First Point: My ID is NOT dwright-728. I have never had the ID dwright-728. I never will have the id dwright-728. I have never heard of the id dwright-728. Bank of America doesn't USE login ids such as dwright-728.

Fourth: "your protection is our future medal" ... haha, what?? Yeah, like banks use that sort of language/grammer/PR? You've got to be kidding me.

Fifth: "...our local brances..." --> It should be "branches", you nutcase. Unless there's such a think as a brance. But I don't think so. If so, I must be crazy, because I've never heard of one before.
