It could be a site providing a full/detailed SEO report for people that want to scan their websites. There are many sites out there that offer these types of tools.

SEO is big business, and a lot of these firms will provide free tools to attract visitors. So, it's a good way to generate leads, or to generate revenue through traffic.

Take it. It's a decent enough name, but a bit specific and there are tons of such sites out there already. It's useful for driving traffic to another site (or at least trying to), but that's about it. $50+ would be fair enough for it, but on the other hand it might take a while to get another offer.
