I requested a review of this a few months ago and good some very good feedback - namely to worry about growing the site, and not montonization for the time being.

I took that advice and the site is growing well, not to mention me having fun with the process. I'm NOT doing this just as a profit center, I really enjoy writing for the site. My monthly volume is currently around 1000 uniques and growing.

Without going into details, the CTR is abysmal though. Any feedback on how to improve the site it welcome, as well as how to improve the ad revenue without it feeling like a spam site.

I like the simplicity of the blog. Nice and clean, didn't over do it.

When you go to the "about" page sometimes the image under the header is really wide and nearly takes up the whole page (guy holding bar). I like the extra wide image way better than the skinnier ones. I think all the images should be the same exact size (extra wide).

Integrate Adsense blocks into the posts. The lack of graphics makes the ads stand out. Try changing colours to red+ black. Lose the Header, Add a tag line to the Logo + Make it larger. Add Graphics to the posts, makes it more more attractive. A Slide show of featured articles could also enhance the looks..
