If you really want to use another escrow service like escrow.com or ecop.com it shouldn't be a problem though.
Name is reg'd at GoDaddy, I believe it has something like a year left before needing to be renewed.
"FU" could be used as an acronym for something or even as "forget you" (polite form) if you wanted to use it for an adult site.
