Customize the layout (header/footer files used), set your default quota for new users, edit the config file, upload, and you've got a running FTP hosting service! cPanel with X skin, MySQL, and PHP 4.3.x or above required for the script to run properly. Check out the demo above to see what the script looks like and how it works. In RC1 status (release candidate one), free updates for the life of the product to all buyers if any are released. UPDATE: RC2 released! Changes include an image security code verification system on the join pages and the ability to limit signups to one per e-mail address.
