FTP - Program to auto sync Windows folder with web server

Hi,

Does anyone know of any program which will allow me to automatically sync a Windows folder with a web server via FTP?

Windows allows you to add an FTP address in your My Network Places folder, then you can open it just as any local folder. After that you can just use the Windows explorer to compare files, or use a third party program etc.
