Web Developer Needed! (Server, CURL, php, etc!)

Hi All,

I'm looking for someone to help maintain my Internet sites and a dedicated server for my organization. Below are the main tasks;

Server - Dedicated server at ServerBeach: Windows 2003 server, IIS, PHP, and MySQL.
Tasks - Maintain patches and software updates. Configure and maintain DNS for domains. Antivirus scans. Data backups (SQL and web sites).

Email system - Hosted by Google Apps for Domain.
Tasks - Account management (create/edit accounts and update passwords when needed).

Sites - Maintain a few ASP (classic) and PHP sites. Sites contain HTML, Javascript, CSS, database functionality (MySQL), and some include administrative utilities to allow staff to update database records.

Possible update to Windows Server 2008 (will require migration of DNS, databases, and web sites to new server).

Maintain a PHP script that crawls and imports pages on a private site using CURL. If changes are made to the login system (including password changes) or some of the text layout on the remote site, the script will need to be updated accordingly.
