Sell visitor credits to members and non-members as well, Sell banner ad spaces, Sell paid membership, you can direct traffic to any site you want without adsense/ypn and those sites that banned incentivized traffic. Banners are all over the place especially on the autosurf url where you can put in banners, the autosurfing url looks like this:

Reason for selling:
I can no longer host it since it requires huge bandwidth to continue at a certain given time 6 to 10 people are autosurfing at the same time.
Selling Price: $100
comes with brief tutorial on how to market/promote it and get membership into it requiring basic knowledge of incentivize traffic.
