Front Page 2003 Theme

Hello, I recently purchased Front Page 2003 to go along with my SJ Namo editor and found that I somehow am losing my page theme when I upload from Namo. Is this because I need to do the whole site from Front Page and upload from there as well? I am currently starting the site on Front Page and then moving to Namo to do the finishing touches.

It looks like its something to do with how the theme is layed out but i dont have any namo products, sorry.
