Established Freeware Site with Great Domain and Hits!!!!

Hello Guys

I have had the domain onlyfreeware.net for a while and never did anything to it.. So i throught i will create a site and sell it...

I created a freeware site at the start of last month, and at the start of last month ( august ) is when i opened it...

so first off, ill show you the hits in the first month it opened.. (august )

Thats the first month of hits... Now that is pretty good for a site that has just opened... This month so far.. i am averaging around 20 - 25 uniques a day

And last but not least this is the hits from search engines last month, the first month we opened...

THis month i have already received 72 hits from google...

As you can see, within the first month, Mind you no advertising, the Site has been already really good indexed with google...
Being the site and domain it is, this site can really pick up hits, within no time, any webdesigner should know this at the rate the site is doing already..
Upon Sale you do get the design and the domain etc.etc.

On most software, no you dont, unless they state in there site that you cannot add it to your site, Software is a different story, but this isnt a software site, its a Freeware site...
