domain Freewar.es - Please Appraise

I am looking to sell this domain, not sure whether there are any potential buyers, or where the best place to sell this would be.

I think there are too many downsides to the domain:

• domain hack
• plural kills it
• extension

.es is a good TLD, but it is quite bureaucratic. Buyer and seller need to fill in and sign forms in order to do a transfer of ownership. So there is not reseller market for .es domain I think. Unless procedures have changed and I am not up to date.

Are these types of domains in general a bad idea for selling? If you could pick up something like "microphon.es" would that be different?

Does the same apply for .us words (for example, octop.us), as I assume transfering those is no different than transferring .net, .org etc? Otherwise I have a nice list of domains along those lines I can register.

I think you will have a hard time selling names like this, other than the occasional stoke of luck.
'Nice' domains that are still unregistered ? Usually it's for a reason.
