Definitely more.
However it's not easy to appraise. I'm not sure if "vodka" is trademarked or not.
But assuming it isn't, the value of this domain would depend mostly on the potential buyer.

If used by a big vodka producer as an advertising site (like, you know, insert your mail, join our contest and get a coupon for a free vodka bottle, or something), we're talking about a low-mid $x,xxx value.
I don't know, in this case, the domain would worth more.

No TM I believe, vodka means water in Russian.
Low 5-fig for the advertising campaign of a vodka brand.
There's no other way you can say the same thing, so it should hold value.

Well, the domains for big brands advertising campaigns are mostly temporary and all the metrics we tend to consider wouldn't be extremely important for them, because they have huge and established channels where to advertise this domain. Freevodka dot com, of course, would be the best of this kind of campaign, but if the seller asks too much, they could easily choose another domain, let's say, freevodkaforyou, or freevodkabottle, or maybe free(brandname)vodka , and so on....

Remember, we're just talking about a hyphotetic advertising campaign of a big brand.
In some other case the domain would worth more, or less.

(however i tend to believe this domain can't reach low $xx,xxx figures).

vodka means water in Russian.

LOL!
Dunno if it was a joke, if yes, it made my day :)
Yeah, they are mostly drunkers and drink vodka like water, but vodka doesn't mean water in Russian :)

It could have any origin in the world, but vodka doesn't mean water.

Back to the topic.
More than reg fee of course, cause vodka is rather a real popular product. How the name could be used? Advertising campaign probably for a vodka seller.
Maybe as a promotional campaign of sort of "vodka bar".
If I would be on your place I would contact the major vodka brands offering them this domain.

FYI, tommiko is right about vodka is a diminutive version of "water" as I'm Bulgarian and it means the same to us as well.
