I like it.

Free sim can be almost anything, from the device like you mentioned to simulation games or even a stock market simulator. The .net hurts it but not horrible. Free Sim Network.

Begs development, even if as a review site of free online simulation games.

I'll call it $30-$50 wholesale undeveloped.

You're looking at the wrong entry on the Adwords tool. If you look right about the results, to the top right, there's a box called "Match Type." Choose "Exact" for that, and you'll see that the results drop down to 5400. It has a decent CPC, but it's a rather low number of searches.
