Just wanted some opinions on value of one of my favorite domains:

(Note: It is currently developed, but I would appreciate your comments to reflect the value of this domain if it were in an UN-developed state).
Prior to development this domain received about 100 natural type-ins per month when I had it parked (must have been overflow from the .com version of the domain (also undeveloped and not owned by me)). It made a little money when parked, but not very much about 10$ per month.
