I have had to go to some of those sites before, they are full of pop ups. If you could make one based entirely on banner ads I think the site could be worth a fortune. I say dev' it and sell it after about 4 months, you could bring in a few hundred for a nice site with good back links.

Cheers, I was thinking the same, I've had to go to a site before looking for a DLL file.. so it would be handy for some people imo..
