I have no time for my site www.venomgfx.com

I have tried selling the site but did not get a good offer. I will now let someone run the site for free. You will get free hosting for the site and an adverage of 50 uniques a day. You may want to advertise it more or but ads, text link or banner ads on it. All income made will go 100% to you.

Post here if u want to run it with $0 start up costs!

P.s. this must be kept on my hosting so i can keep control of the site if needed even though i will let you run the site and nothing you do with the site needs to go through me except for if you try to sell it!

Please post what you will do with the site and what you expect posts and memebers to be at within a month!

So you want to have all the files? but you want someone to run the website for you? but were not alowed to sell it? So basically you want someone to become admin and keep it up and running until you decide to sell/take back over. I would do this but all that work and all i get is money from the advertising, could you tell me how much you get from advertising?

Your not completely right, the person who runs the site can do anything with the site. They can add a homepage and have the fourm as an extra and put their own ads on etc and advertise it.

All profits they make go 100% to them and they have complete control except they cant sell it.

I will not just take the site back i will give them atleast 1 months warning of taking back the site so i just dont take it when they have advertised and run.

Had 5/6 interested people so post quick and i will decide dependant apon what you expect to do with the site and how much members + posts u expect within a month!

Need someone to take it now!

Im not expecing to give someone money from the sale if they have get 3 new memebers and posted 10 times themselves, but of course i will give either revenue of some money from the sale if they person does a good job with the site.
