Well 500TB would be roughly 512,000GB which would be 1580Mbps. Assuming cogent bandwidth which is the cheapest you can get would be around $10/Mbps, that would cost you roughly $15,800/month in bandwidth. Just because your hosting provider says it's unlimited doesn't mean it is.
