Free Website Builder?

Hi, I am completely new to website design, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a good free website builder...preferably one you can add surveys and possibly polls to your website.

I bought a domain name through sedo(1and!), and one through godaddy..I just bought the basic (cheapest)package and the basic website builders they have dont really do much, I didnt really feel like paying for one of their monthly subscription offers just yet, and i was just wondering if there was some awesome free website builder out there somewhere I hadnt found.
