What free web development tools have you downloaded from a site like downloads.com that you have found to be useful? Please list them in this thread.

i use dreamweaver. that's all i think anyone needs in my opinion.

I tried other IDEs like COffeeCup or whatever, nothing beats Dreamweaver for me.

It's not free tho ... not legally anyways

Dreamweaver is the best, even though the not trial one is expensive, if you are s student make sure you find a place where you can get it cheap with a student discount.

PHP Designer is a great program, for php and non-php developers aswell. I highly suggest it, as SecondVersion did.

Indeed. I have 2005, 2006, and 2007. If you can, try to get 2006 (if you do not want to pay for 2007) as it has some of 2007's features, that are not in the free version

RapidPHP is very good PHP IDE
